Job Description

Curate and continually update the wine list, manage supplierrelationships, and ensure budget optimization Work closely with the Executive Chef to create harmonious,seasonal food and wine pairings. Engage with guests in the dining room, guide them through fine wine selections, and elevate their overall dining experience. Mentor, train, and appraise the junior sommelier and service team.
