With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort’s success and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. You will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant General Manager to maintain resort standards, lead, supervise and motivate staff in all aspects of service to the highest professional standards with care and attention to detail and in accordance to the standard operating procedures.
