Located in the stunning Grade II listed Pillar Hall*, Idalia showcases a menu focused on exceptional British produce, delivered with outstanding service and attention to detail.
We are seeking a passionate and professional Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the floor team and ensure an exceptional guest experience at all times. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards, supporting the management team, and guiding the front‑of‑house team during service.
