FuzeHR is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Health & Safety Manager to champion and elevate our safety culture across multiple Ontario facilities and project sites. Ideal candidates will be based in either Guelph or London, Ontario. This is not a desk-only role; we’re looking for a true “boots-on-the-ground” leader with deep experience in manufacturing, industrial, or production environments who thrives in fast-paced, operationally complex settings.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of health and safety strategy while rolling up your sleeves to ensure consistent, compliant, and high-performing execution on the ground. You’ll partner closely with site leaders and report to the Director, Health & Safety, playing a critical role in shaping a proactive, zero-compromise safety culture.
