As a vital member of the care team, you will work under a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver individualized care, observing and reporting changes in residents’ statuses. Participation in developing tailored Nursing Care Plans ensures holistic support for our residents, enabling them to thrive in our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive resident-focused care
• Observe and report health changes in residents promptly
• Contribute observations to the Nursing Care Plan
• Facilitate residents' movement and community integration
• Report unsafe activities affecting resident safety
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Health Care Aide program
• Prior experience in senior care setting preferred
