Responsibilities

• Act as Duty Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of the club.
• Ensure day-to-day health & safety and compliance regulations are adhered to.
• Lead a team and ensure all are trained in line with company expectations.
• Manage a team of self‑employed contractors.
• Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the facility.

Qualifications

• IOSH / NEBOSH or other recognised H&S qualification.
• Relevant Facilities Management Qualification (HND, Diploma etc).
• Strong understanding and experience of Health and Safety regulations.
