Job Role:
Health Visitor NurseWORKING HOURS: Mon-Fri 09.00-17.00hrs
RESPONSIBILITIES: to work as an autonomous practitioner to provide safe, evidenced based and effective health visiting service to families & Children 0-19yrs. Responsible for a defined caseload, and classifying cases in line with national strategy of universal, Universal plus and Universal Partnership plus.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Experience of health visiting in inner/outer community. Having RIO training and experience as essential
