As part of the Commercial Strategy team and managing currently a team of two this critical role owns the design evolution and commercialisation of Cignas Health & Wellbeing proposition across MEA ensuring it is structured, scalable and aligned to client and business priorities.
This role is responsible for evolving our offering from ad hoc event-based activity to a structured data-led and commercially relevant wellbeing proposition supporting client engagement, attraction, retention and differentiation.
The role combines wellness business strategy, product development, client advisory and governance working closely with Commercial, Clinical Operations and external partners.
