Pay – £12.00 – £22.00 per hour

Shift – Days -12 Hour Shifts

We are recruiting for a team of carer’s to work with our client who is a remarkable young lady with a zest for life, that lives with her family. Our client has a condition called Myotonic Dystrophy (MD) and requires ongoing support throughout the day and night .She is very loving and compassionate .Our client is non -verbal and uses Makaton to communicate . She is still determined to go back to college at some point . We are looking for carer’s who can deliver person-centred care in line with a personalised care plan, created specifically to meet the needs of our individual client.
