Overview

Transactional Attorney for a large healthcare system. This Jobot Job is hosted by Sherwin Souzankari.

Salary $180,000 - $275,000 per year.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage healthcare transactions from intake through close, including structuring, drafting, negotiating, and advising on risk.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, such as MSAs, SOWs, service and professional services agreements, strategic partnership agreements, JV/affiliation agreements, managed services, and other complex commercial contracts.
• Support M&A-related workstreams and integrations, including diligence, deal documentation support, and post-close contract transitions.
• Provide regulatory issue-spotting and guidance tied to healthcare transactions (e.g., Stark, Anti-Kickback, HIPAA/Privacy, Medicare/Medicaid considera...
