We're looking for an experienced Heat Pump Installer to join Aira as our new Team Leader, where you'll be responsible for ensuring that high quality heat pump installations are carried out safely and efficiently and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service every single day.
You will be responsible for making sure that installations are carried out according to plan from the teams within your area. You'll be responsible for 6 - 10 installation teams, which will include Installers, Plumbers, Electricians, and Technical Surveyors.
