Position Title: Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager - Water/Wastewater
Position Summary
Lean Synergy Solutions is seeking a Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to manage water and wastewater treatment plant, pump station, and related heavy civil infrastructure projects in the Dunn, NC area. This role is designed for an experienced project leader who can own project performance from planning and bidding through execution and closeout. The ideal candidate has a strong background with WTP/WWTP projects, self-performing heavy civil construction, subcontractor and vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, pay applications, and maintaining strong relationships with owners, engineers, inspectors, superintendents, and construction teams.
