We are actively seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to work with us in the Ann Arbor, MI area.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


+ Communicate professionally with supervisors and teammates

+ Understand, interpret, and follow goals and directions from foreman or superintendent.

+ Maintain cleanliness of all equipment.

+ Attend work regularly during assigned work hours or any other schedule as required.

+ Willingness to work overtime or on Saturdays as needed.

+ Participate in necessary training sessions.


Other Duties & Responsibilities:


+ Assist with other tasks as needed, including supporting other roles on the crew.


Experience & Requirements:


+ At least two years of experience operating excavators

+ GPS System experience required

+ Ability to read and understand grade stakes.
