Job Description

TEKsystems currently has a Help Desk Technician opportunity available with our client in Two Harbors, MN. This position will be 100% on-site in Two Harbors, MN and will start as a 6 month contract to hire. Looking for someone with experience providing level 1.5 and above support both in person and remotely. Majority of support will be in person. This person will be the solo IT person covering this location. Open communication with the network team, IT leadership, and stakeholders that vary from blue collar manufacturing to white collar business people who may or may not be technical is paramount. Ideally looking for someone with the Top Skills below, but open to all experiences. Feel free to apply to learn more.
