Job Description

We are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst (Level 1/2) to join our Wellington office!

Our IT team is a highly skilled and collaborative group that provides technology support and solutions for an organisation of over 1700 people nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Assist end-users with hardware and software issues, troubleshoot network and system errors, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Respond promptly to helpdesk queries and resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement and maintain IT solutions.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware.
  • Document solutions and share knowledge to enhance the team’s capabilities.
