Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle emails, calls, and walk‑in inquiries from clients and internal teams
  • Log service requests and maintain accurate records in CAFM systems
  • Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and official correspondence
  • Coordinate schedules and travel arrangements for FM mobile teams
  • Prepare LPOs and invoices and maintain receivable records
  • Follow up with clients on pending payments
