Job Description
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries from residents/clients
Log complaints and service requests in the system
Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for issue resolution
Track and follow up on open tickets until closure
Maintain proper records and documentation
Ensure timely communication with clients
Escalate unresolved issues to senior management
Requirements
