Job Description

We are looking for an Helpdesk Manager on behalf of our client. Our Customer is currently seeking a Help Desk Manager to join the IT Operation Engineering & Support team.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high service quality and prioritize urgent issues
  • Team Leadership: Manage recruitment, selection, and training of Helpdesk staff
  • Process Ownership: Lead incident management and service request workflows
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and improve Helpdesk strategy aligned with company goals
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and enhance the Helpdesk knowledge base
  • Communication: Foster cross-cultural and interdepartmental collaboration
About You
