Responsibilities

• Assist the store owner in daily operations:
• Stock shelves with merchandise.
• Organize inventory to ensure efficient stock rotation and prevent spoilage.
• Attend to customers promptly and courteously.
• Maintain store and tidiness, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks such as recording sales and managing cash transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service:
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
• Answer customer inquiries about products and prices.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
