Job Description

Overview

The Apartment Helper provides support to the property management team by assisting with the cleaning and maintenance of apartment units and common areas.

Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and sanitizing vacant units, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and removing trash.
  • Assisting with minor maintenance tasks such as painting, light repairs, and replacing light bulbs.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and laundry rooms.
  • Assisting with move-in/move-out processes, including removing trash and debris.
  • Reporting any necessary repairs or maintenance issues to the Property Manager/Superintendent.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Following all safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
