You will work with a leading AI lab to design clinical scenarios, evaluate model outputs, and influence how AI systems reason about cancer and hematologic care.
Key Responsibilities - Design clinically realistic prompts and scenarios based on your Hematology/Oncology practice, including staging, treatment selection, regimen sequencing, toxicity management, and end-of-life decision-making.
- Write high-quality reference responses that meet attending-level standards.
- Grade AI-generated responses using structured rubrics.
- Provide written feedback to the research team to enhance model performance.
- Participate in onboarding office hours and specialty calibration sessions.
