PRACTICE OVERVIEW (Quick View) - Focus: Comprehensive cancer & hematology care
- Patient Population: Leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and solid tumors
- Care Model: Disease-specific, collaborative, team-based
- Team Size:
- 9 Physicians
- 8 APPs
- Nurse navigators, care managers & full support staff
- EMR: EPIC
- Clinical Research: Active participation encouraged
SCHEDULE & CALL - Shifts: Daytime (flexibility depending on scheduling needs)
