A Brief Overview
The Leasing and Placements Assistant shows and leases apartments to prospective tenants by performing the following duties and completes move-in and move-out process with residents.

What you will do



  • Able to discuss size and layout of rooms, available facilities, such as swimming pool and saunas, services available, and terms of lease.

  • Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.

  • Compiles listings of available rental apartments.

  • Complies with approved referral and placement protocols.

  • Assists with continuity of communications between HHR and Na MAC.

  • This position requires driving for the Company using either 1) a Company vehicle, at any frequency from Rarely to Constantly; or, 2) a Personal or Rental vehicle to conduct Company business more than 50% of the time to perform work duties.
