The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing MEP technical coordination, BIM integration, design review, and project execution support across large-scale high-rise developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all technical MEP activities for high-rise building projects.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation to ensure compliance with project and authority standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, design teams, subcontractors, and site execution teams for smooth project delivery.
• Oversee BIM coordination between MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
• Manage and review Revit models, BIM deliverables, and AutoCAD drawings.
