Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Academy is looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (2 days 13 hpw). As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to enhance the educational experience of all pupils. This role is ideal for someone with strong classroom experience, a proactive attitude, and a passion for helping students thrive academically and personally.

You will take on a range of responsibilities, including planning and delivering learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff, providing targeted support to individuals and small groups, and occasionally covering whole classes.
