Responsibilities

• Design and supervise traffic schemes and collaborate with in‑house teams to integrate street furniture such as lighting, structures, and traffic signals, while managing scheme budgets.
• Prepare construction information and relevant Health and Safety documents in compliance with CDM Regulations for contractor implementation.
• Engage with community stakeholders – conduct consultations with the public, councillors, and parish councils, and prepare objection reports for presentation to the Director of Environment and Community Services.
