The Business Process Owner Associate Advisor is responsible for managing the maintenance, upgrades and support of the PBM Claims Adjustments workflow toolset as well as working with users and technology, to support the end-to-end success of Evernorth Revenue Cycle Management technology business activities and implementations
**Job Description & Responsibilities** **:**
The role is responsible for providing data, technology and business workflow support for revenue cycle management activities across the PBM Billing, Pharma A/R and Specialty Pharmacy platforms.
