Pegas Touristik LLC a leading outbound tour operator based in Dubai is seeking a Hotel Contracting Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing competitive rates building strong supplier networks and enhancing our global hotel offerings.
Key Responsibilities - Negotiate rates contracts and exclusive deals with hotels and DMCs
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with hotel partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new hotel partners and destinations
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product quality and competitiveness
- Monitor performance and resolve contract-related issues promptly
Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel contracting (preferably outbound/GCC markets)
