This position reports to the Section Supervisor, Histology and operates within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Associates or Bachelor's degree and HT (ASCP) or equivalent registration or registry eligibility required; relevant education transcripts required. For those candidates grandfathered by the ASCP, high school diploma or equivalent required • If the employee does not meet registration requirements within year of employment, the position will be forfeited • Demonstrated competency in all special stain and immunohistochemical techniques, including preparation of various reagents and stains • One () to three () years of experience preferred
