About the Role

Qualified HLTA (or equivalent Level 4) working across Key Stage 1 & 2.
Deliver support for whole classes, small groups and 1:1 interventions.
Assist teachers with lesson planning, preparation and assessments.
Support pupils with SEND through structured intervention programmes.
Supervise breaktimes, outdoor/play activities and transitions.You'll bring

HLTA qualification.
Proven track record working in KS1/KS2 classrooms supporting curriculum delivery.
Strong communication skills and positive classroom presence.
Experience with SEND support strategies and intervention delivery.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.Why tradewind?
