Job Title: HNI Desk Head

Job Summary

The HNI Desk Head will be responsible for driving business growth through acquisition and management of High Net Worth (HNI) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNI) clients. The role involves leading a team of Relationship Managers and Advisors, generating revenue across Equity, Commodity, and Currency segments, and ensuring superior client engagement through wealth management and investment advisory solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation

• Acquire and manage HNI and UHNI clients with a primary focus on generating broking revenue through Equity, Commodity, and Currency market segments.
• Drive revenue growth through both online and offline trading channels.
