Role Overview
As a Home Administrator at HC‑One, you will manage administrative systems and processes to support the Home Manager and ensure resident wellbeing remains a priority. You will maintain financial records, prepare reports, administer the Time & Attendance system, process payroll, and handle HR information.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative systems and processes, supporting the Home Manager.
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare timely reports.
- Administer the Time & Attendance system and process payroll and HR information.
- Ensure resident wellbeing is central to all administrative work.
- Apply safeguarding knowledge: recognise signs of abuse or neglect, report concerns, and participate in safeguarding training.
