Home Health LPN

Supplemental Health Care is hiring experienced Home Health LPNs (1+ year in a Medicare-certified agency) for contracts in Dublin, Ohio, and nearby areas.

Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of assignment
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of recent experience (within 3 years) in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing
• Skilled in wound care, injections, med administration, and vitals under RN supervision
• Familiar with OASIS-E functional domains
• Clear background check, abuse registry, and driving record
• Health clearance with TB and required immunizations
• Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
• Willing to travel within the assigned area and adapt to patient needs
