Job Description
A client of Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Home Loan Specialist to support the review, preparation, and compliance of mortgage loan files throughout the closing and post-closing lifecycle. This role is responsible for ensuring loan documentation, disclosures, and borrower communications meet regulatory, investor, and internal guidelines, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and investor salability.

The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle, investor requirements, and Net Tangible Benefit (NTB) standards.
The Home Loan Specialist will review loan files prior to closing, prepare and validate closing packages and disclosures, and identify and resolve documentation or compliance issues that could impact funding or investor delivery.
