Role Overview
The role is part of the Floating Support Service within the Homelessness Service, supporting families in Greater Manchester. The position is hybrid: most time spent visiting families in their homes, with a minimum of two days in the office.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to families with individual needs, including working with agencies such as Children’s Services, Mental Health services, and the Housing Management team.
- Attend meetings with agencies involved in each family’s support plan.
- Assist families in managing and maintaining their tenancy and helping them move from temporary accommodation to permanent settled accommodation.
