We’re looking for a dedicated team player to take up an exciting opportunity as a Homes Coordinator (Hazards) on an initial 6‑month FTC, supporting the effective management of property hazards and creating safer communities across our organisation. You will play a vital role in protecting and improving the lives of our residents by ensuring our homes not only meet but exceed compliance, risk, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a first point of contact for hazard reporting, investigation, and resolution across all Stonewater‑managed homes.
- Monitor, review, and support compliance with legal and regulatory safety standards, ensuring prompt escalation of any issues.
