Home Health Aide for Hospice
Home Health Aides with Grace and Glory Hospice visit and provide care to patients in their homes. Each patient has a different Plan of Care managed by the RN Case Manager.
This is a PER DIEM position. Visit Rate is $45.00 per visit. Hourly is $30.00 an hour for training/in-services and meetings. Plus mileage compensation at 72.5 cents per mile to and from visit. Also drive time reimbursement.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Hospice Home Health Aide is responsible for providing personal care under the direction of a registered nurse.
