You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest expectations. The Host - Communications Centre is responsible to assist the Assistant Communication Center Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of our Communication Center, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
