Host I Duty Manager. The Host is responsible for delivering the
day-to-day guest experience, ensuring that service is
intuitive, calm and
consistently aligned with the property’s standards.
This is a
highly guest-facing, hands-on role. The Host leads
service on shift, supports the
team across
departments and ensures that every detail of the
guest journey is well considered and seamlessly executed.
The role requires
presence, judgement and
attention to detail. This is a
shift-based role requiring
flexibility, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
