Job Description
Responsibilities - Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with information about the restaurant.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests.
- Coordinate with dining staff to ensure efficient service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
