**Responsibilities:** - Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival - Manage the reservation system and maintain an accurate seating chart - Seat guests promptly and ensure optimal table assignments based on party size and preferences - Provide guests with menus and communicate current specials or promotions
- Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient table turnover - Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, wait times, and restaurant policies - Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary - Maintain a clean and organized host stand, including reservation books and guest lists
