PDS Tech is seeking an **experienced Hot Heading Operator** to support first?shift production in a fast?paced, high?precision manufacturing environment. This role is critical to producing aerospace?grade fasteners and requires **hands?on setup and operation experience** —this is **not** an entry?level or trainee position.
