What will you be doing?
- Assisting customers via chat and email with hotel bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and inquiries
- Providing accurate and timely information about room availability, pricing, and hotel policies
- Ensuring each interaction meets our high customer service standards
- Updating customer records and reservation details in the internal system
- Following internal guidelines to maintain quality and compliance
Do you qualify?
- Completed High School (K–12 or Old Curriculum)
- At least 6 months of BPO or customer service experience
