Qualifications
SHIPBOARD Employment type.
Ability to speak English clearly, distinctly and cordially with guests.
3‑5 years of background experience as Hotel Director/Hotel General Manager in a 4 or 5 * Hotel. Guest services shipboard experience is an advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Effectively manages overall ship operations and guest experience.
- Achieves the highest levels of guest satisfaction under all circumstances, through effective responsiveness, follow‑through and the team’s ability to resolve issues.
- Ensures all inventory levels are appropriate per targets and operational requirements.
- Responsible for overall hotel department financial performance (expenses/revenue).
