Position: Hotel Kitchen Assistant
Work Week & Shift: 6 days
Location: Central Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare food according to established quality standards .
- Ensure sufficient ingredients and supplies are ready for daily operations.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene policies .
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen, cooking areas, and equipment.
- Support the team with any other ad‑hoc duties when required.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid WSQ Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate .
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- On‑the‑job training will be provided.
- Able to work independently while contributing to the team.
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays .
