**Description:**
+ Responsible for the efficient overall operation of the hotel, in line with Hyatt’s purpose: _to care for people so they can be their best_
+ Ensures delivery of brand signature experiences while meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations
+ Oversees all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and support departments
+ Drives operational excellence and ensures all departments achieve established service and financial targets
+ Maintains consistent adherence to Hyatt brand standards across both **Grand Hyatt Jakarta and Keraton at The Plaza**
+ Monitors guest satisfaction and implements continuous improvement initiatives
+ Leads and supports department heads to achieve high performance and service quality
+ Ensures effective cost control, budgeting, and revenue management in collaboration with Finance and Revenue teams
+ Strengthens employee engagement, development, and retention through strong leadership and coaching
