Job Description

Polar Developments Ltd. is seeking a motivated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel suites and hospitality properties in Yellowknife, NT. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service standards, supervising staff, managing reservations and occupancy, and maintaining operational efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hotel and suite operations
• Supervise front desk and housekeeping
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve customer concerns
• Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Prepare management report and occupancy forecasts
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
