We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in high volume operations management within the hospitality sector, with a focus on delivering high standards of service and smooth operational procedures. You’ll be the driving force behind maintaining guest satisfaction, managing staff efficiently, and optimising the overall performance of the hotel. 

Proven experience in hotel operations management or a similar role

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to deliver outstanding guest service and uphold company standards

Knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance in the hospitality industry
