The Operational Support Team Member plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of hotel operations through effective administration and team support. As our Operational Support Team Member, you'll assist with general administration across a range of tasks, including employee relations, finance, new starter inductions, uniform, team training compliance, on-boarding, and team engagement activities to ensure operational consistency and an excellent colleague experience. You'll be supporting the Operational Support Coordinator, to ensure that the hotel teams have what they need to run their departments effectively
