We’re seeking a **Hotel Performance Manager, Northern Europe** to join our team in Germany. This is a 18 month fixed term contract.

As a Hotel Performance Manager, you will work closely with hotel General Managers, owners and their teams to improve performance across a portfolio of hotels. Acting as a trusted partner, you will use data insights and hands-on support—both on-site and remotely—to drive improvements in guest satisfaction, commercial results and brand standards.
